This Dog Climbed Mount Washington

Posted by 史蒂芬 on 23 June 2007

I am back from vacation and started a job in Boston. My beagle, Milo, must be one of the smallest dogs to climb Mount Washington by himself. We started at the beginning of the oldest footpath in America, the Crawford Path. Dogs are not allowed in the AMC huts so I took a tent for us to use on the way up. The estimated total length was about 16 miles mostly on the ridgeline and above the alpine line. The Mount Washington Summit can be found IVO 44°16’13”N 71°18’11”W.
